賴世仁、黃朝宗、王泓剴同學,自行研發三次元量測軟體: Phoenix-CMM

三次元之簡介
三次元量床可分為軟體和硬體兩大部分。硬體為接觸式三次元量床是以探針(探頭觸發裝置為英國RENISHAW公司PH- 10型)在任何方向觸發信號(藉由一個相同大小的量測力而產生),可允許在工件曲線表面上進行量測,移動時(移動系統為 空氣軸承)每一軸(X、Y、Z)上裝有一精密光學尺(反射式)並同時觸發三個軸的位移量測系統(如光學尺),並將所得之個點 資料傳至電腦進行運算,經由數據處理器或電腦計算出工件的量測坐標(X、Y、Z),並運用量測軟體加以計算整合求出尺寸 精度與幾何精度,適用於複雜形狀及高精密尺寸的工件量測。
